Empress Zoe was a little known Dark Iron dwarf ruler of the Dark Iron clan with an obsession with dragons. Many dwarves lost their lives humoring her obsession by attempting to steal dragon eggs or young.[1]
A pair of powerful magical rings bear Zoe's name: The 
[Word of Empress Zoe] and the 
[Oath of Empress Zoe]. The Word was at some point shattered and thus stripped of its magical properties, whereas the Oath was lost[1] and can be found deep within the Halls of Reflection.
