Envoy Icarius is a 
[Bloodthistle] addict and messenger for Illidan Stormrage and is located near the bridge for Eclipse Point in Shadowmoon Valley. He is escorted by Blood Lord Zarath. When he notices [Bloodthistle] he tells his bodyguard that he forgot the message he was supposed and orders him to return to the Black Temple bring it to him. When Zarath points out that should any harm come to him it would be his(Zarath's) head. Icarius retorts that he can make it to Eclipse Point by himself and that if they fail to deliver the message it will be both of their heads.
With Zarath gone Icarius runs to the collect the bloodthistle only to realize too late that it was a trap set up by those working against Illidan and is quickly killed.
