Collect 
[Insignia of the Dawn] and 
[Insignia of the Crusade], quantities depend on Argent Dawn reputation:

| Exalted | 27 of each insignia |
You can collect the Insignias from various turn-ins from other Argent Dawn NPCs. These require you to collect various materials, such as 
[Bone Fragments], and and trade them at the rate of thirty materials per Insignia.
