Epidemic is a Death knight talent located in the Unholy Tree. The damage dealt per second of the diseases is unchanged, so the talent causes the diseases to deal more total damage over their full durations.

Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now increases disease duration by 4/8/12 sec, up from 3/6 sec. Moved from tier 2 to tier 1.
