Patch changes

• Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Now also affects [Shadowburn].
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 7 Destruction talent (was a level 15 Destruction talent). Damage increase reduced to 5/10% (was 15%).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 15 (was 30).
  
• Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Damage bonus reduced to 10% (was 15%).
  
• Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Damage bonus increased to 15% (was 12%), and duration increased to 7 seconds (was 6 seconds).
