Escaped Captives are souls located throughout the Catacombs of Regret in Revendreth. Some are attacking broken Catacombs Cages, while others are being tormented by manifestations.
Using 
[Chains of Regret] on an Escaped Captive will turn it into a friendly Captured Soul. It will then follow you until it's returned to an intact Catacombs Cage.

- This debuff affects any Escaped Captives that are surrounded by manifestations. It breaks if the captive enters combat.
