Eva's Enchanted Journal.
Eva's Enchanted Journal is found at [69.8, 71.8] in a room at the keep of Caer Darrow in the Western Plaguelands. Players place it there after performing the ritual described in 
[Eva's Journal] and earning the [Memory of Scholomance] achievement. Interacting with journal will transport the player to the original Scholomance instance that was removed in Mists of Pandaria.
