Reveal convergence points between Draenor and Outland. (15 Sec Cooldown) - Requires Level 40
- "Some mirrors show what might have been..."
The Ever-Shifting Mirror allows the player to see fixed Reflective Portals that correspond to the equivalent area between Draenor and Outland. While this can be useful for making shortcuts across either continent, it is especially useful for an account that has not yet earned 
[Draenor Pathfinder] yet. When used, it will guide you to the nearest portal.
The only exception is the Netherstorm. Using it here triggers the message: "The intense magical currents here interfere with the mirror."
