Everfrost is a conduit for frost death knights. It drops from Amarth in the Necrotic Wake, Huntsman Altimor in Castle Nathria, and Lihuvim in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
