The Excursion Council (or the Guild Council) is a part of the Explorers' Guild. They oversee the daily operation of the Guild. The Council is made up of several dozen of the oldest and most experienced members of the Guild. Many of the Council are constantly leaving behind their duties to set off on their own self-assigned journeys.[1]
