Executioner Varruth is one of the four Mawsworn servants who appear in Mythic+ dungeons with the 
[Tormented] affix. If this servant is left alive during a run, the dungeon's final boss will gain 
Thanatophobia.
Abilities[]
Thanatophobia — Reduces healing received by all players by 50%. Passive aura.- Carnage — Charge to a target, inflicting Physical damage to the target and all players within 5 yards and additional Bleed damage every [1] sec for 8 sec.
- Sever — Inflicts X Physical damage [and] an additional Y Physical damage to an enemy every 1 sec for 8 sec.
- Wave of Terror — The caster strikes terror in all players, inflicting Shadow damage to players within 60 yards and any player not standing within 6 yards of an ally is feared for 5 sec.
