Lore
The staff is wielded by Velen. It serves as a focal point for his magic and provides light to all who seek it.[1] Its crystal is actually the Eye of Prophecy, Velen's piece of the Crown of the Triumvirate, an ancient eredar relic.[2] The crystal was used during the Argus Campaign.
