Also using  [Raptorleaf Seed] at the Sunsong Ranch can produce these leathers.

Trivia

• During the beta, this item was renamed from Tanji Leather. A remmant of this is still seen in the mount journal for the  [Reins of the Great Red Dragon Turtle] and other dragon turtle mounts.
