Exploding Shots are a quest reward from the quest Stealing Supplies which starts with Uthek the Wise in Desolace. To complete the quest, you must turn the following item to Uthek the Wise:

• 6  [Crudely Dried Meat]

You must also be Friendly with the Gelkis Clan Centaur.
