- Explosive Shot is a rare Hunter spell in Hearthstone. The flavor text reads: "Pull the pin, count to 5, then shoot. Then duck."
Patches and hotfixes
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now capped at 6 targets.
- Patch 8.1.5 (2019-03-12): Will now blow up after 3 seconds at the target's location, even if the target dies while Explosive Shot is applied to them.
- Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Redesigned. Now fires an explosive shot at your target. After 3 seconds, the shot will explode, dealing Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yards.
- Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Now costs 20 Focus (was 0).
- Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned into a Marksmanship hunter talent (from Survival).
- Previous: You fire an explosive charge into the enemy target, dealing (51.5% of attack power) Fire damage initially and every second for 2 sec.
