Patch changes

• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Now a buff that increases the hunter's attack power; was a debuff that applied to a target, increasing ranged attack power of all attackers against that target.
  
• Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): The triggered effect from this talent will no longer use up charges of Misdirection.
