Expulsom is a rare crafting reagent necessary for many high end Battle for Azeroth profession recipes.

Source

Expulsom can be obtained through several sources. Primarily, it is gained through scrapping Battle for Azeroth armor, weapons, and trinkets. Each weapon and armor item scrapped have a chance to grant one Expulsom, in addition to other crafting reagents. Trinkets (excluding crafted) will always yield 1 Expulsom, but no other crafting reagents. Crafted trinkets (via alchemy) will refund their Expulsom when scrapped, but will not yield any additional Expulsom. Expulsom cannot be obtained via disenchanting.

Alchemy

Expulsom can be created with Alchemy (110) using Transmute: Expulsom; taught by the Kul Tiran and Zandalari alchemy trainers, Clever Kumali and Elric Whalgrene for 70. This transmute creates 5x Explosum but can only be performed once per day.

Enchanting

Expulsom can be crafted with Enchanting (1) using the conversion, Sanguinated Expulsom; taught by the Kul Tiran and Zandalari enchanting trainers, Emily Fairweather and Enchantress Quinni for 25.
