Eye of the Storm Emissary
Eye of the Storm Emissaries are level 55 Eye of the Storm recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Alliance cities - Darnassus, Exodar, Ironforge, and Stormwind.
NOTE: They are only available during the monthly (Call to Arms: Alterac Valley).
