Eye of the Storm Emissaries were draenei Eye of the Storm recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Alliance cities - Stormwind City, Exodar, Darnassus, and Ironforge, as well as the neutral Shattrath City during the monthly Call to Arms: Eye of the Storm.
