Farmer Goldfield is a human located at Goldfield Farmstead in Stormsong Valley.
He often says Mayor Roz he is alright, but she often worries about him, since he lives near the quilboar.[1] His father gave him a gun, and he has been shooting the quilboar since then.[2]
However, when the Briarbacks did attack, they killed wife and son, so he had to hole up in his house, leaving behind his keepsakes. He refused to leave when the Alliance emissary found him.[3] Instead, he gave them his knive and asked them to retrieve his ammunition from the quilboar.[4] Intending to avenge his family, they made war on the quilboar on the farm. Once Brug Housesmash was killed,[5] he asked for flowers in order to lay his family to rest.[6] After the threat of Briarback Kraul was dealt with, Mayor Roz told him to come to the Golden Flagon in Brennadam where he congratulated the adventurer for their work against the quilboar.
Despite the counterattack, the raids on his farm didn't stop, and he was running low on supplies, so he asked Sergeant Calvin for help.[7]
