As Blood of the Mountain are rare drops and there are now far easier materials to get for turn in for the same amount of reputation, it is universally agreed by the player base to not do this quest. It is far better to sell them on the Auction House or to save them up for crafting, especially for the 
[Sulfuron Hammer].
