Patch changes

• Patch 8.1.5 (2019-03-12): Feeding Frenzy's tooltip damage displayed has been lowered commensurate with Barbed Shot now ignoring armor. Its total effective damage remains unchanged.
  
• Hotfix (2019-01-29): Feeding Frenzy damage increased by 30%.
  
• Hotfix (2018-09-17): Feeding Frenzy (Beast Mastery) damage increased by 400%.
