Fel Barrage is a Havoc demon hunter talent.
It is an exclusive choice node with 
[Glaive Tempest].
Patch changes[]
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 9 Havoc talent (was a level 50 Havoc talent). - Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): Fel Barrage is no longer maximum target capped and now deal reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now capped at 8 targets. Now available at level 50 (was 102).
- Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Moved to level 102 (was 110) and redesigned. Unleash a torrent of Fel energy over 3 sec, inflicting Chaos damage to all enemies within 8 yds.
- Old: At your command, unleash Fel, inflicting Chaos damage to your target and nearby enemies over 2 sec. Your damaging abilities have a chance to reduce the cooldown of Fel Barrage by 5 sec.
- Old: At your command, unleash Fel, inflicting Chaos damage to your target and nearby enemies over 2 sec. Your damaging abilities have a chance to reduce the cooldown of Fel Barrage by 5 sec.
- Hotfix (2017-06-13): Fel Barrage damage reduced by 30% in PvP situations.

- Fel Barrage no longer uses charges, and now has a 1 minute cooldown (was a 30-second recharge time). Your damaging abilities now have a chance to reduce the cooldown by 5 seconds.
- Fel Barrage damage increased by 100%, and now deals damage over 2 seconds (was 1 second).
- Hotfix (2017-01-17): Damage reduced by 2%.
- Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Damage increased by 20%.
- Hotfix (2016-09-16): Fel Barrage proc rate changed to be consistent, regardless of target count.
