Fel Grimoire
The Fel Grimoire is found at [24.9, 25.6] inside an arakkoa hut in the northwestern corner of Spires of Arak. Voidpriest Sekkta was trying to use the grimoire to summon and control Gaze, an observer, but failed. Interact with the grimoire to summon Gaze, which drops the 
[Eye of Gaze] and 10-20 
[Garrison Resources].
