But there's only enough to enact one of the rituals. After that, the book will be consumed.

It's up to you to choose which secrets we want to use against the Burning Legion.

Notes

The specialization choice window

• Switching specializations via the Specialization & Talents window was originally disabled in the Mardum and Vault of the Wardens parts of the demon hunter starting experience, making this quest the only opportunity to switch before you reached Stormwind or Orgrimmar. As of Shadowlands, you can freely switch specializations as soon as you hit level 10.
• Additionally, this quest used to teach the [Metamorphosis] ability for your selected spec. The ability is now learned at a much higher level than Mardum, making it unlikely to see at all during the introductory experience.

On accept

Kor'vas Bloodthorn says: Whatever you choose, it will feel good to use more of the Legion's power against them.

Interact with the Tome of Fel Secrets to access a window where you can choose between continuing to play as the Havoc specialization or changing to Vengeance. Once you've made your choice, talk with Kayn to turn in.
