Felcular is a felguard summoned by Razelikh in the Blasted Lands.
Combat[]
Razelikh will summon Ilifar early in battle (at 75% health). Later he will also summon Felcular, at 25% health. It is a good idea to focus damage on him as soon as he is summoned.
