A Felhound Tracker is summoned by players using a 
[Fel Orb]. They are used in order to track down Azsharite for the quest 
[58G] Azsharite.
It is speculated that Loramus Thalipedes' felhounds (Raytaf, Shahiar, and Zaman) are tracking hounds too.
