Feltotem Caverns is a large cavern on the Misty Coast near Feltotem in western Highmountain.[33, 28]
It used to be a settlement of a group of neutral drogbar, but they were pushed out by concerted demon and fel tauren attacks. The Feltotem tribe was breeding fel infused worms in here in order to destroy Thunder Totem. During the course of the third invasion, Navarrogg and the adventurers entered the caverns to disrupt the breeding operations by destroying eggs and killing the Fel Broodmaster.[1] This place was also used by the demons to give instructions to the Feltotem.[2]
