Ferocious Appetite is a conduit for beast mastery hunters. It drops from the Tarragrue in the Sanctum of Domination and Kin-Tara in the Spires of Ascension.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
