Festerface is a flesh beast boss in Assault on Violet Hold. He is one of Professor Putricide's creations.

Adventure Guide[]
Professor Putricide had many experiments seized when Icecrown Citadel fell. At best guess, Festerface appears to be a prototype for two more fearsome constructs; Rotface and Festergut.
Overview[]
Festerface spews torrents of nasty bile that form into Congealed Goo. When a Congealed Goo is killed it begins to reform and will fully heal after a few seconds. During this time, Festerface can consume the Congealed Goo if he is brought close to it.
Damage Dealers[]
- Avoid standing in front of Festerface while he casts Congealing Vomit.
- Quickly kill Congealed Goo to trigger Recongealing.
Healers[]
- Avoid standing in front of Festerface while he casts Congealing Vomit.
- Each Congealed Goo increases the damage the party takes from Fetid Stench.
Tanks[]
- Avoid standing in front of Festerface while he casts Congealing Vomit.
- Move Festerface to any Congealed Goo that is currently Recongealing so he can consume the Goo.
- After consuming a Congealed Goo Festerface will gain Yum!.
Abilities[]
- Congealing Vomit — Festerface unleashes a torrent of toxic bile that inflicts 341250 to 358750 Nature damage to all players in a cone in front of him. In addition, pools of bile coagulate into 3 Congealed Goo.
- Congealed Goo
- Fetid Stench — Congealed Goo erupt spewing waves of noxious fumes inflicting 20475 to 21526 Nature damage every 2 sec to all players.
- Recongealing — Upon reaching 0 health a Congealed Goo bursts into a pool of Icky Goo that inflicts 35000 Nature damage to all enemies standing within it. After 12 sec the Congealing Goo reforms and is restored to full health.

- Yum! — Bringing Festerface near a Recongealing ooze causes him to devour it, removing it permanently. In Heroic or Mythic difficulty, each Congealed Goo that is consumed removes 20 energy from Festerface.
- Uh Oh... — Over time Festerface gains energy. Upon reaching 100 energy Festerface loses control of his tummy, spewing forth a Black Bile.
