The Fetish of the Dark Caverns can be looted from the Challenger's Cache at the end of a successful level 4 or higher Mythic+ dungeon. Only classes with a tank specialization can loot it.

Infusing the item at the Heart Forge will grant Rank 1 of the [Anima of Life and Death] Essence and leave behind a  [Frayed Fetish].
