The ability to craft this item was learned by [Plans: Fiery Plate Gauntlets], however as the quest rewarding the plans was removed in patch 4.0.3a, it is no longer possible to learn to craft the gauntlets. It is however still possible to craft the gauntlets if the blacksmith previously learned to.
