- It is known for its high proc rate (6 PPM).
- It can critically strike for 60 damage.
- It does not seem to benefit from bonus spell damage.
- It is a popular enchant for heirloom weapons. It has no level restriction, and its proc is insanely powerful at low levels, and still remains useful until a character reaches the point where heirlooms are replaced by endgame gear.
