The Class Hall Report is the summary of the Class Hall including missions and the amount of time left until they're ready to complete, work orders such as recruiting, equipping followers with items. Although this is part of the Class Hall, it'll still display the warning if the Garrison is having an invasion.

It was accessible from the button on the minimap or the following macro:
/run ShowGarrisonLandingPage(3)
With the release of Battle for Azeroth, it is only accessible via macro.
