Eimear was the Queen of Ironforge, wife of King Magni Bronzebeard and mother of Princess Moira. After Moira's birth, Magni worried that something would take their daughter away from them. Eimear told him that if he spent his life worrying about the what-ifs, he would miss the things that really mattered.
Years later, Eimear was mortally wounded by a group of Frostmane trolls near Ironforge. As she lay dying, she made Magni promise that whatever happened, he would be there for Moira. Eimear was put to rest in a stone tomb bearing her likeness. Afterward, Moira would sometimes visit the statue.[1]
