Fanny Frizzlepop is a gnomish recovery specialist located in Dalaran during its stay in Deadwind Pass. The entire city had been moved by a giant Blink spell, and some Dalaran Citizens were re-materialized at the wrong place and were stuck in walls or in various other objects. Fanny was patrolling the streets and asking other mages if they saw anything that needed to be fixed. Occasionally, she shoots down Unstable Energies with arcane missiles.
