The subject of this article or section did not make it out of the beta stages of World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor.
|
- This article is about the planned WoD race. For the blood elf in Coldarra, see Fara (NPC). For the venthyr in Castle Nathria, see Fara (Castle Nathria).
The fara were parasitic plant-like creatures that were planned to be introduced in Warlords of Draenor. However, all sources of them have since been removed. Some of them still exist in the database.

Trivia[]
- Farahlon might be named after this species, or the other way around. The fara were planned to come from Farahlon.[1]
- In the Warlords of Draenor beta, the fara used placeholder tol'vir models. Concept art also shows them with a humanoid upper body and quadruped lower body, suggesting that the genesaur may have also been reworked from the fara in addition to the botani and infested.
- Concept art also features creatures labeled as "farah". It is unclear if these were intended as fara or as a separate species.
