Horde Mission Command Table
Alliance Mission Command Table
The Mission Command Table is located on The Banshee's Wail in Dazar'alor for the Horde and on the Wind's Redemption in Boralus for the Alliance. It's used to access War Campaign missions and followers, as well as the scouting map feature to choose the leveling path.
It is also available in the Great Seal atop Dazar'alor after completing 
[60] Outpost Upgrade: The Great Seal.
