Provisioner Galgar in the Spires of Arak.

Galgar is an orc quest giver located in the Valley of Trials in Durotar. He sends fledgling adventurers to collect cactus apples so he can make some of his famous cactus apple surprise. According to Galgar himself, this is an intentionally easy task that he gives to all young orcs.

Appearing as Provisioner Galgar, he is found in Axefall in Spires of Arak if a commander chooses the Smuggler's Den. He brought some crates of his cactus apple surprise with him.
