  • Now has a 15% chance to reset the cooldown of Hammer of Wrath and make it useable regardless of the target's health (was 10%).
  • No longer deals increased damage in PvP combat (was 10%).
  • Moved from row 9 to row 4. Now a choice node with [Justicar's Vengeance].
