Fire giants are a type of giant found in Northrend. As the name suggests, they appear to be associated with fire and are recognizable by their smelting pot belt buckles, stovepipe helms, and dragonhide cloaks. Most known fire giants are servants of Loken and, thus, Yogg-Saron. Brann Bronzebeard claims that fire giants are creations of the titans,[1] though Ignis and Volkhan were both directly created by Loken.[2] The fire giants were under the order of Loken to produce soldiers for the Iron army.
