Trivia[]
- The name of this talent is a reference to the comic book superhero Captain America, who is known as the "First Avenger" and is known for having a nearly indestructible shield which he can throw at his foes.
Patch changes[]
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Redesigned: Avenger's Shield hits 2 additional targets, and grants you an absorb shield for 100% of all damage it deals. Now available at level 25 (was 30).
- Old: Avenger's Shield now deals 50% increased damage to the first target hit. Grand Crusader now has an additional 10% chance to occur.
- Old: Avenger's Shield now deals 50% increased damage to the first target hit. Grand Crusader now has an additional 10% chance to occur.
- Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): [Avenger's Shield] now add +50% damage to the first target, and +10%
[Grand Crusader] proc chance.
