This ability is also temporarily available during the Maldraxxus portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest [53-60] The Blade of the Primus and lasts until you finish the Maldraxxus storyline.

Notes

The Necrolord class ability for demon hunters, [Fodder to the Flame], provides a guaranteed "powerful enemy" for Fleshcraft.
