Flurry
Flurry Row 3 Frost mage talent 40 yd range 1% of base mana 30 sec cooldown Instant Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of (103.8% of Spell Power) Frost damage. Each hit reduces the target's movement speed by 70% for 1 sec and applies Winter's Chill to the target. Winter's Chill causes the target to take damage from your spells as if it were frozen.

Notes

• Flurry applies the maximum 2 stacks of Winter's Chill each time it hits. A stack is consumed each time a spell that benefits from Frozen effects hits the target.

Developers' notes: This allows a [Frostbolt] or [Ebonbolt] cast immediately before a [Brain Freeze] Flurry to more consistently benefit from that Flurry's Winter's Chill effect, even if the mage isn't standing at long range.

  • Flurry now fires its missiles faster.
    
• Hotfix (2017-01-13): Fixed a bug where Flurry's missiles were all launching at the same time, making it difficult to take advantage of Winter's Chill with a follow-up [Ice Lance].
