Fobeed was an ogre located at the Mirage Raceway in Thousand Needles. He has not been seen since the Cataclysm caused Thousand Needles to flood, so it is unknown if he moved or drowned.

- Along with the rest of the Mirage Raceway, Fobeed is likely a reference to the Boonta Eve Classic podrace from Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, specifically the two-headed announcer Fodesinbeed Annodue.
