Focused Rage is a 30-point Warrior Protection-tree talent that reduces the Rage cost of all offensive abilities. It reduces the Rage cost of abilities by 1 Rage per talent point, to a maximum of 3.

Focused Rage allows a Protection Warrior to be much more Rage-efficient. With 3/3 points in this talent, 
[Revenge] costs only 2 Rage, making it the highest Threat-per-Rage ability a Warrior has.
The effect stacks with many talents, including 
[Improved Sunder Armor] and 
[Improved Heroic Strike].
