Foe Reaper 4000 is a rare mob harvest watcher who appears at various spawn points in Westfall. It is on a 4-6 hour respawn timer.

Although this is the Prototype Reaper in the TCG, the artwork is used to represent Foe Reaper 4000 in Hearthstone.
- The Foe Reaper 5000 is now a boss in Deadmines as the upgrade of the Foe Reaper 4000.
- Foe Reaper 4000 appears as a legendary card in the Goblins vs Gnomes expansion for Hearthstone. Its flavor text reads: "Foe reaping is really not so different from harvest reaping, at the end of the day."
