A Forgotten Chamber
Several Forgotten Chambers are hidden beneath the Sanctuary of the Mad in Revendreth. They can only be accessed by repairing Broken Mirrors, which become available after the Venthyr Transport Network is upgraded to rank 3.
The initial quest, 
[60] Repair and Restore, involves entering a Forgotten Chamber that sits empty aside from a Battered Chest.
Each chamber entered afterward contains a Forgotten Chest and one of the following types of enemies or obstacles:
- A Dread Spinner and several Dreadspinner Eggs, which release Dread Spiderlings when touched
- Bonebind Traps, which bring nearby Decaying Skeletons to life when stepped on
- Two Ancient Tomes
- Two Living Blades
- Edvard
- Eileen
- An elite Stonehide Mauler
