Forsaken Sharpshooters can be found in the vicinity of the Forsaken Forward Command in the Ruins of Gilneas during the phasing of that area for the Silverpine Forest storyline. They will shoot and, when necessary, engage in melee combat with the attacking members of the Gilneas Liberation Front.
After the phasing, they disappear.
