I recently made an edit to the Localization article. I added a table with current official World of Warcraft websites, but on submission, I was told that my edit might be introducing spam. I would have to "deform" some of the links to break them to not be clickable (e.g. https:--//google.com
).
With 13 new links, I got lucky and deformed the Chinese site (https:--//www.wowchina.com/zh-cn/
, which has a different domain than the others), and my post was accepted.
(For what it's worth, I was even given the same error message in making this post!)
However, this is an official site related to World of Warcraft. It is listed in the language selector on any World of Warcraft website. It is not spam.
Would a moderator please update this link for me in the Localization article?
Additionally, I suspect there is a whitelist of trusted domains, of which the Chinese WoW domain is not a part of. I think it may be a good idea to add this domain to that list.
Thanks!
